Good Morning Everyone
I can’t believe it’s 2 weeks already since I saw your lovely smiles and I really miss you all. Thankfully the sun is shining brightly and even if you don’t have a yard or a garden …open your window and breathe deeply. I find regular deep breathing very relaxing and it takes me out of my headspace and to a place of peace and imagination.
I have been using the Zoom App for chatting with family and friends as well as doing my Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Lots of people can join and it’s free in the present circumstances. Many schools are using it to create virtual classrooms and I’ll be checking in with staff to see if we could do this. If you have any thoughts or ideas around same please contact myself or your class teachers.
